Will this work with my Cricut or Silhouette machine?

Yes — CutTrace exports a standard SVG file, the format both Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio import directly. It works best on logos, hand-drawn line art, silhouettes, and handwriting; full-color photos aren't supported (see the scope notice above).

Does my photo get uploaded anywhere?

No. The whole conversion happens in your browser using the HTML canvas — your image is never sent to a server. You can verify this yourself: disconnect from the internet after the page loads, and tracing still works.

Is the $7 a one-time payment or a subscription?

One-time. Pay once and downloads are unlocked for that browser going forward — no recurring charge.
